You have to kill the Sindragosa boss , and the process of completing this quest is that you have to expose yourself to Frost Breath 4 times and get out alive, which means you get 37k to 45k live damage.
Note: To complete this quest, the person who has the quest should put a few tanks or Frost sets on him and hold Shadow’s Edge and go in front of the boss during the boss brush until phase 2 with 4 brushes. If it is eaten, the debuff will fall on the boss, and the person doing the quest should not die until the boss falls, so that the quest is complete.
