Hit (5%) > Resilience (700 minimum) > Agility > Attack Power > Spell Penetration (75) > Stamina > Intellect > Crit rating
1. First of all, reforce [Ranged Hit 8%].
2. After that, Reforce [20% Ranged Haste].
3. When you have two items up, Crit as far as you can on Reforge.
Best Race for Hunter
1. Humans :
- Every Man for Himself : Dispel all CCs.
- Diplomacy : Gives you + 10% Reputation.
- The Human Spirit : Gives you + 3% Spirit.

2. Dwarf :
